FAQs

1.       How do I place an order?
A    : You may order your item(s) by sending us the email by providing the correct code no., quantity, name, delivery address (no PO Box add) and contact number.
 
2.       How can I be notified of the latest products and promotions?
A    : You are advised to follow or visit our blog regularly or Facebook by liking. When there is new product(s) is available, you are able to know.
 
3.       How do I know my order is successful?
A   : You would receive a reply email from Adolescent & Petite Lady Fashion Flomärt by providing you a Confirmation Order Number (COM) together with the total charges (inclusive the shipping fees), then you have to make the payment.
 
4.       Can I still change my address, or cancel my order, after the order is confirmed?
A   : If you have realised there is an error or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we would try to modify your order accordingly.
 
5.       What is your shipping policy?
A     : We offer nationwide delivery except to Free Trade Zones and P.O. Box. For delivery to army base camps and university or college campus addresses, your order can only be delivered to the administration office or the mailing room.
Kindly take note that we do not honour “drop off parcels at guard house/post” requests.
RM8.50 will be charged for shipping to West Malaysia and RM 11.50 to East Malaysia respectively. This is the shipping fees for the first 1kg of the parcel. However, if the parcel is more than 1kg, the shipping cost will be increasing accordingly. FYI, all the shipping fees are beared by the customers.
 
6.       What is the delivery lead time like for my order?
A    : We will send out your order in every Tuesday/Wednesday. Once a week basis. Please be informed that we would send out the order only payment is received. E.g. If you have made your order on Thursday, and then made the payment by Friday, you may only received your order in the following week due to our sending out order is only on every Tuesday/Wednesday.
 
7.       Do you offer free shipping?
A    : We apologise for not having free shipping. The customer has to bear the shipping cost. The 1st kg of the parcel is RM8.50 for West Malaysia and RM11.50 is for the East Malaysia respectively. However, if your parcel is more than 1kg, the customer has to pay the additional shipping fees.
 
8.       My order is not here yet. What should I do?
A   : Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your items have still not arrived, don’t worry. Please allow at least 7 - 14 business days for your order to arrive.

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via email or FB Messenger by providing your Confirmation Order Code (COD).
 
9.       Do you ship internationally?
A    : We are sorry that currently only ship within Malaysia.
 
10.   What is your Returns Policy?
A   : We are sorry. Once the goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Thus, it is advised that the customer(s) is required to select the product carefully before placing the order.
 
11.   How do I make the payment?
A   : Bank Transfer 
After receiving your COD, you have 24 hours to make payment and upload your Bank Transfer slip details to avoid your order being cancelled.
If you have access to online banking (CIMB Clicks, Maybank2U, PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect etc.), we strongly recommend using Online Banking (Direct Debit) for instant payment and processing.
Alternatively, you may using ATM transfer / Cash Deposit / Interbank GIRO Transfer. Kindly inform us (Order NO Bank Exact Amount) after payment done via email. It is advisable  that the copy of your bank-in slips must email to us for the confirmation of your payment.
